Petzl Am’D D-Shaped Locking Carabiner (Screw Lock)
The Am’D asymmetrical aluminium carabiner has a D shape best suited for connecting a belay system or for holding equipment. Its ergonomics and Keylock system facilitate manipulations, even when wearing gloves. Easy to open system, locking or not. Keylock system to avoid snagging. Red band provides visual warning when unlocked. May be used with a CAPTIV positioning bar for integration with attached device and avoid flipping. Type: B. Major Axis: 27kN. Minor Axis: 8kN. Open Gate: 8kN. Gate Opening: 25mm. Also available in Triact-Lock and Ball-Lock versions
