Caring for your 100 weights bench
We recommend cleaning the weights bench after every workout by wiping it with a damp cloth. This helps increase the lifespan of the bench as sweat can be acidic and can damage the bench’s cover over time. In addition, we recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench to protect it while exercising.
Our coach shares exercises you can do with the 100 fold-down weights bench
Strength-focused pecs workout:
– Bench press with bar:
4 sets x 6 reps (equipment: rack + bar + weight)
– Bench press with dumbbells: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights)
– Dumbbell pullover: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights)
You should have a couple of reps left in you after each set. Gradually increase the weights each week based on how your body feels. Take 2 minutes of recovery between sets.
